At NLCP, our emphasis is on a developmental approach to learning—each day, children are involved in a variety of age-appropriate activities that encourage interactive learning and exploration of their skills and abilities.  Since preschool is a child’s first exposure to school, we strive to balance learning ABCs and 123s with giving children a chance to express themselves through art, music, and play.  We also recognize that social development is important for preschool-age children, whether it’s learning to separate from mom or dad, interact with peers, follow directions, or develop self-help skills.
